About the Role
We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in affiliate marketing who can work independently and deliver results without micromanagement.
Key Requirements
- •1.5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- •Deep understanding of recruitment channels and hiring funnels
- •Ability to conduct interviews with genuine human connection and identify real motivation
- •Proactive, responsible, and mature approach to work
Responsibilities
- •Conduct briefings with hiring managers
- •Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
- •Manage candidate feedback and ATS systems
- •Track recruitment channel analytics and provide reporting to HR department
Working Conditions
- •Fixed salary + bonus for closed positions
- •Fully remote position
- •Flexible schedule (start time 10:00–12:00)
- •Minimal bureaucracy
