About the Role
We are looking for an experienced recruiter in affiliate marketing who can work results-oriented and independently without micromanagement.
Key Requirements
- •1.5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- •Understanding of recruitment channels and hiring funnel optimization
- •Ability to conduct human-centered interviews and identify genuine candidate motivation
- •Proactive approach, responsibility, and professional maturity
Main Responsibilities
- •Conduct briefings with hiring managers
- •Create compelling job descriptions that attract quality candidates
- •Manage candidate feedback and ATS workflow
- •Analyze recruitment channels and prepare reports for HR department
Working Conditions
- •Fixed salary + bonus for closed vacancies
- •Fully remote position
- •Flexible schedule (start time between 10:00–12:00)
- •Minimal bureaucracy
