We are Fellows, one of the top media buying companies, and we're looking for a recruiter to help us find the best arbitrageurs and traffic professionals. • •Hunt for top specialists in Gambling and traffic arbitrage — actively find and engage candidates rather than waiting for applications
• •Communicate with media buyers and other experts, understand their needs and pain points to offer ideal opportunities
• •Use all available search channels: LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, closed communities, personal contacts
• •Write compelling, engaging messages that candidates can't ignore
• •Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to offer
• •Attend top industry conferences

• •Recruitment experience of at least 1 year (especially in Gambling/traffic arbitrage)
• •Active hunting skills — don't wait for candidates to apply
• •Understanding of how the affiliate marketing market works and who the key players are
• •Strong communication skills: ability to interest candidates and engage them in dialogue
• •Experience with ATS systems (a plus, but not required)

• •Remote work (preferably Kyiv) or our office in Warsaw
