Recruiter of Affiliate Marketing
About Us
We are an actively scaling Affiliate Marketing agency seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us find strong specialists and build top teams.
Responsibilities
- •Close vacancies in the Affiliate Marketing field (various specialist levels)
- •Work with the full recruitment cycle: from brief to offer
- •Search for candidates through various sources (Telegram channels, DOU, Djinni, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Robota.ua, etc.)
- •Write and publish job vacancies
- •Analyze the candidate and competitor market
- •Maintain recruitment reporting and analytics
Ideal Candidate Profile
- •Has at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter in the Affiliate Marketing field
- •Has closed vacancies for: Media Buyer (PPC, Facebook Ads and other sources), Affiliate Manager in crypto/gambling verticals
- •Good understanding of the Affiliate market
- •Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented
- •Independent and responsible
- •Wants to develop in the field of recruitment
