About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in crypto and gambling verticals. You should feel confident in the market and be able to combine speed with quality candidate selection.
Work Format
- •Hybrid position in Kyiv (modern office in the center) or remote
Key Responsibilities
- •Close open positions in crypto and gambling directions
- •Lead full-cycle recruitment — from brief to offer
- •Work with both active and passive candidate sourcing
- •Collaborate with hiring managers and teams
- •Execute effective headhunting strategies
Requirements
- •2+ years of recruitment experience specifically in crypto and gambling verticals
- •Deep understanding of headhunting and market dynamics
- •Results-oriented mindset with accountability for closing positions
- •Strong ability to assess candidates and match them with roles
