Senior Recruiter / Team Lead of Recruiting
About the Role
A successful media buying team is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Team Lead of Recruiters who will not only fill vacancies but have a real impact on the development and scaling of the team.
Work Format
- •Hybrid (modern, convenient office in central Kyiv)
Your Responsibilities
- •Recruit specialists in crypto and gambling verticals
- •Full-cycle recruitment management
- •Interaction with hiring managers and teams
- •For Team Lead: manage recruiters, develop the department, build and optimize recruiting processes
What We're Looking For
- •Recruitment experience: minimum 2 years (affiliate marketing preferred)
- •Understanding of hunting process
- •Results-oriented work approach
- •Proven ability to work with full recruitment cycle
