Sourcer (Researcher)
About the Role
You will work as a Sourcer (Researcher) finding and qualifying IT specialists and digital marketing professionals for our recruitment team. Your primary responsibility is to identify 1-2 suitable candidates per day and pass them to the recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- •Search for candidates on LinkedIn, Telegram, and job boards
- •Reach out to potential candidates with personalized messages
- •Qualify and pass candidate information to the recruitment team
- •Research and gather candidate information from various sources
Target Candidates
- •IT Specialists: DevOps, QA, Developers
- •Digital Marketing Professionals: Media Buyers, SEO Specialists
Requirements
- •Attention to detail and perseverance
- •Strong written communication skills
- •Ability to research and work with information effectively
- •Basic English proficiency (B1+) for reading and writing
- •Willingness to learn and develop
- •No prior experience required
