Your Responsibilities
- •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
- •Close key roles: Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
- •Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, industry chats, and networking
- •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
- •Work with hiring managers
- •Conduct analytics and report on recruitment performance
- •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

- •Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (affiliate/iGaming/crypto is a major plus)
- •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to quickly learn the industry
