Your Responsibilities
- •Full-cycle recruitment: from briefing to offer
- •Close key roles: Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
- •Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and networking
- •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
- •Collaborate with hiring managers
- •Analytics and reporting on recruitment metrics
- •Participate in team scaling and process optimization

- •Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (affiliate / iGaming / crypto is a major plus)
- •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to learn quickly
