Your Responsibilities
- •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
- •Close key roles including Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
- •Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and professional networks
- •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
- •Collaborate with hiring managers
- •Analytics and reporting on recruitment activities
- •Participate in team scaling and process optimization
What We're Looking For
- •Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (affiliate/iGaming/crypto is a major plus)
- •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to quickly learn
- •Results-driven mindset
- •Strong communication skills and motivation
- •Proactive approach: see problem → solve problem
