Your Responsibilities
- •Full-cycle recruitment: from brief to offer
- •Close key roles including Media Buyer, Team Lead, BizDev, Support, Affiliate, Motion Designer, PHP Developer, and more
- •Active sourcing through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry chats, and networking
- •Build and develop employer brand within the affiliate marketing niche
- •Collaborate with hiring managers
- •Analytics and reporting on recruitment activities
- •Participate in team scaling and process optimization
We're Looking For
- •Recruitment or talent acquisition experience (affiliate, iGaming, or crypto background is a major plus)
- •Understanding of affiliate marketing roles or ability to quickly learn
- •Results-driven approach
- •Strong communication skills and genuine motivation
- •Proactive mindset: "see the problem, solve it"
