Team Lead Media Buyer
About the Role

Your Responsibilities
- •Lead and manage a media buying team focusing on Google Ads campaigns for crypto verticals
- •Build and optimize advertising processes and strategies
- •Develop stable ROI strategies on large-scale budgets across Tier-1 GEOs
- •Identify and navigate around platform restrictions while maintaining compliance
- •Scale the team and mentor junior media buyers
- •Collaborate with affiliate, design, and backend teams to execute campaigns
Required Qualifications
- •2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in crypto vertical (direct experience with ad accounts)
- •Deep understanding of various account setups: self-farming, agency accounts, and broker solutions
- •Proven ability to build and execute Tier-1 GEO flooding strategies
- •Team management experience or demonstrated readiness to lead a team
- •Track record of maintaining stable ROI on high-volume campaigns
- •Knowledge of methods to handle platform policies and restrictions
