Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to build and manage a Media Buyers team from scratch in the Crypto vertical. This is a leadership role where your strategy and vision will drive team success.
Requirements
- •Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership position
- •Proven experience building Media Buyer teams from zero
- •Successful track record managing large advertising budgets
- •Deep understanding of the Crypto vertical and its specific requirements
- •Flexibility to work with different geographic markets and audiences
- •Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
