About the Role

Your Area of Influence
- •Scaling the team and financial metrics
- •Deep analytics (A/B tests, GEO, creatives, audiences)
- •Campaign optimization — from testing to scaling
- •Finding innovative solutions and adapting to market changes
- •Lead generation work (new GEO, traffic sources, connections)
Requirements
- •1+ year of experience in crypto media buying at Team Lead level (Facebook/Google)
- •Confident control of the full launch cycle — from idea to scale
- •Analytical thinking — data-driven decisions, no guessing
- •Independence — minimal control, maximum trust
- •Technical expertise in media buying platforms and tools
