Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook) | Crypto
About the Role
APEX MEDIA is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Media Buying focused on Facebook Ads in the Crypto vertical. We are also open to considering formed teams for financing.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and implement media buying strategy for Facebook Ads in Crypto vertical
- •Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while establishing effective processes
- •Manage budgets, purchase traffic, and optimize ROI across campaigns
- •Launch, scale, and control advertising campaigns from zero to scale
- •Analyze campaign performance, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with technical, operations, PR, HR, and finance departments

Requirements
- •Proven experience as Team Lead in Crypto vertical (Facebook Ads) OR strong Media Buyer willing to step into leadership role
- •Expert-level proficiency in Facebook Ads: launching from scratch, scaling, optimization
- •Successful case studies from the past year (Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEO)
- •Experience managing large advertising budgets
- •Strong process-building and team management skills with ability to drive consistent results
