Team Lead Media Buying

Strong crypto media buying team with 5+ years of market experience. Built infrastructure with in-house buying, creative specialists, tech team, and strong business development. • •Lead and manage media buying operations with direct involvement in campaign execution
• •Execute and oversee Facebook advertising campaigns with focus on Tier 1 geos
• •Manage additional traffic sources (Bigo, MGID, Moloco) as needed
• •Lead and motivate the media buying team, maintaining high performance standards
• •Maintain consistent results and optimize campaign performance
• •Work with in-house creative and technical teams to ensure campaign quality
• •Collaborate with BizDev team on strategy and growth initiatives

• •5+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in crypto verticals
• •Proven expertise with Facebook Ads at scale
• •Deep understanding of crypto industry specifics and nuances
• •Experience managing and leading media buying teams
• •Ability to maintain and deliver consistent results under pressure
• •Experience with Tier 1 geos (US, Canada, Western Europe, LATAM)
• •Strong understanding of traffic sources: Facebook, Bigo, MGID, Moloco
• •Hands-on approach — you execute alongside your team, not just manage spreadsheets

• •Base salary: $1,700 – $2,500 USD monthly
