Team Lead Media Buying
About the Role
We're looking for a Team Lead who delivers results. Not just managing a team or creating endless reports, but:
- •Finding working ad combinations
- •Scaling volumes
- •Empowering buyers
- •Maintaining team profitability
Responsibilities
- •Manage media buying team
- •Control ROI / CPA / KPI metrics
- •Scale successful ad combinations
- •Search for new approaches, offers, and GEO targeting
- •Conduct analytics, optimization, and hypothesis testing
- •Build a strong and systematic buying department
- •Develop and mentor media buyers
- •Work with large budgets and volumes
Requirements
- •Team Lead or Senior Buyer experience in Nutra vertical
- •Practical experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
- •Understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- •Team management experience
- •Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for results
- •Proven track record of maintaining stable profit (not just one-time gains)
- •Deep knowledge of the Nutra market
