Team Lead Media Buying
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Media Buying (Facebook) with a strong background in the Gambling vertical. Lead a team of media buyers, manage unlimited budgets, and work with Tier1 and Tier2 GEOs.
Key Responsibilities
- •Lead and mentor a team of media buyers
- •Manage unlimited advertising budgets across Facebook Ads
- •Work primarily with Tier1 and Tier2 geographic markets
- •Monitor and ensure quality traffic from your team
- •Generate new ideas, sales funnels, and adapt strategies to market conditions
- •Deep understanding and optimization of Facebook Ads algorithms and policies
- •Scale campaigns with large budgets efficiently
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in media buying
- •Previous experience in a Team Lead or similar leadership position
- •Strong understanding of Facebook Ads algorithms and platform policies
- •Proven success working with Tier1-2 GEOs
- •Ability to manage large advertising budgets
- •Experience in Gambling vertical is essential
- •Strong traffic quality control skills
- •Ability to generate and implement new marketing ideas and funnels

- •Commission: up to 40% from personal campaigns + 10% from team performance
