Key Responsibilities
- •Build and implement effective affiliate strategy focused on Tier 1-2 GEOs
- •Attract new partners and develop existing relationships
- •Manage team: task assignment, professional development, and mentoring
- •Implement process optimization tools
- •Conduct deep analysis of campaigns, competitors, and market trends
- •Communicate with internal departments to ensure synergy
Requirements
- •2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with 1+ years in a leadership role
- •Deep understanding of the Gambling vertical
- •Strong leadership and analytical skills
- •Flexible and strategic thinking
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
