Team Lead of Affiliate Gambling
About the Role
Join our young and rapidly growing team at TEQUILA to lead affiliate operations, scale projects, and bring your ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- •Manage affiliate team, train junior specialists, and create an effective work environment
- •Retain and scale connected webmasters and partners
- •Integrate products, communicate with partner networks, webmasters, and direct advertisers
- •Participate in developing and implementing affiliate program promotion strategy
- •Scale sales and test new approaches for working with different GEOs
- •Develop solutions for automating affiliate marketing processes
Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the Gambling vertical
- •1+ year of affiliate team management experience
- •Deep understanding of affiliate marketing specifics: CPC, CPM, CPA, revshare models
- •Experience with tracking systems and analytical tools
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to solve complex problems
- •Responsibility, initiative, and readiness for new challenges
