Team Lead of Farm Google

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Google Farming department who will become a key figure in our team and help build an effective farming division.

• •Manage a team of farmers: task assignment, execution monitoring, and results evaluation
• •Develop and implement farming strategies for Google accounts
• •Ensure preparation, pre-farming, and ongoing support for accounts
• •Work with large volumes of accounts, ensuring their stable operation
• •Collaborate with media buying departments to fulfill their purchasing needs
• •Optimize farming processes and implement new approaches to increase efficiency

• •Experience in a similar position for at least 6 months
• •Deep understanding of Google/Facebook account farming processes

• •Excellent communication and organizational skills
