About the Role

We are seeking a strong Team Lead for our Dating vertical who not only knows how to launch traffic but is capable of building a powerful buying team, scaling profitable connections, and systematically developing the performance direction.

If you can work in high-dynamics conditions, quickly adapt to changes, and keep your team motivated even during downturns — we have plenty to discuss.

Responsibilities

  • Management and development of media buying team
  • Launch and scaling of advertising campaigns in the Dating vertical
  • Work with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO
  • Team performance control and results scaling
  • Testing new connections, approaches, offers, and funnels
  • Campaign effectiveness analysis and KPI optimization
  • Work with Google Ads (Display + Search) and Facebook Ads
  • Building a system of tests, reporting, and internal processes
  • Onboarding and mentoring of buyers
  • Work with cloaking, anti-detect browsers, and trackers
  • Quick adaptation to bans, restrictions, and platform rule changes

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in traffic arbitrage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Dating vertical
  • Experience managing a team of media buyers
  • Deep experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
  • Experience testing and scaling profitable connections
  • Confident work with trackers, cloaking, and anti-detect tools
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team
  • Ability to work in high-stress conditions with frequent platform bans
  • Readiness for rapid changes, tests, and experiments
