Team Lead of Media Buying
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for Media Buying in the crypto/FX vertical. You will lead a team of skilled media buyers, manage substantial daily budgets, and scale high-converting campaigns while maintaining traffic quality.
Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto and Facebook media buying
- •Team Lead experience of at least 1 year
- •Proven ability to manage daily spends exceeding $10,000+ per buyer
- •Expertise in scaling volume while maintaining conversion rates
- •Strong analytical skills to evaluate team performance
- •Understanding of the balance between volume, spend, and traffic quality
