We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our in-house media buying operation in the crypto/FX vertical. You will lead a team of strong media buyers, manage substantial daily budgets, and drive revenue growth through strategic campaign optimization.

• •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto/FX media buying vertical

• •Proven track record managing daily spends exceeding $10,000 per buyer
• •Expertise in scaling campaign volume while maintaining conversion quality

• •Ability to balance volume growth with traffic quality control
