Team Lead of Media Buying
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead for our in-house media buying operation in the crypto/FX vertical. You will lead a team of strong media buyers, manage substantial daily budgets, and drive revenue growth through strategic campaign optimization.
Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto/FX media buying vertical
- •At least 1 year of team lead experience
- •Proven track record managing daily spends exceeding $10,000 per buyer
- •Expertise in scaling campaign volume while maintaining conversion quality
- •Strong analytical skills to monitor team performance metrics
- •Ability to balance volume growth with traffic quality control
