### About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our in-house media buying operations in the crypto and FX verticals. You will lead a team of strong buyers with unlimited budgets and real conversion metrics.
### Requirements
- •2+ years of experience in crypto, Facebook, or Google verticals
- •1+ year of experience as a Team Lead
- •Proven ability to manage daily spends exceeding $10,000 per buyer
- •Experience scaling volume while maintaining conversion rates
- •Strong analytical skills to monitor team performance
- •Focus on both volume and traffic quality control
