Team Lead of Media Buying

NeoTraf is an in-house team in the Crypto/Forex space operating with unlimited budgets, clear processes, and fast results.
Responsibilities
- •Manage mobile team: set goals and track results
- •Build new partnerships under CPA model, launch and test hypotheses
- •Deep dive into analytics: CTR, CPM, CPA, CPL, CR
- •Maintain focus on traffic quality
- •Quickly identify market changes and adapt partnerships
- •Deliver results both personally and as a team lead
Requirements
- •3+ years in media buying (minimum 1 year in Team Lead role)
- •Experience with large budgets and GEO Tier 1-3
- •Deep understanding of Facebook Ads: algorithms, policies, and non-obvious workarounds
- •Experience in Crypto/Forex
- •Strong leadership skills: lead, don't drag
- •Mindset: "if it didn't work yesterday, I'm scaling it today"
Compensation & Benefits
- •Base salary: $1500/month
- •Commission: up to 45% from personal partnerships + 10% from team results
- •Unlimited budget capacity
