Responsibilities
- •Create new projects and launch profitable directions from scratch
- •Develop effective sales funnels by testing hypotheses and optimizing conversions
- •Work with deep analytics to identify growth points and eliminate weaknesses
- •Monitor traffic processing quality to ensure stable growth of performance metrics
- •Train and onboard new team members, building a strong and motivated team
- •Coordinate interdepartmental interaction, creating a unified efficient workflow system
- •Control processes and generate fresh ideas for team development
- •Act as a driver of team growth and performance improvement
Requirements
- •Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Lead in traffic processing department
- •Mandatory experience with investment/credit verticals (promotion campaigns)
- •Ability to independently build and scale sales funnels
- •Strong team building and management skills: hiring, onboarding, training, and systematic quality control
- •High level of responsibility and punctuality
- •Ability to demonstrate results in numbers and metrics
- •Strategic thinking and readiness for ambitious challenges
We offer
- •Fully remote work format
- •Schedule: first 2 weeks — 7/0 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3), then 6/1 from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3)
- •2-4 week internship as traffic processor in the relevant department
- •High percentage of profit after completing internship period
- •Work with unique in-house product
- •Payments every 2 weeks to TRC20 wallet
- •NDA agreement (based on passport data and video verification) ensuring security of your competencies and our technologies
