Team Lead Recruitment

We are a large-scale Forex holding working with Tier-1 markets and collaborating with top teams in the affiliate marketing niche.

We are looking for a strong Team Lead Recruitment specialist for Tier-1 desks who can quickly scale sales/retention teams and build systematic hiring processes in a highly competitive environment.

• •Manage recruitment team and monitor hiring results
• •Build a stable pipeline of candidates for rapid team scaling
• •Close collaboration with hiring managers to form effective teams
• •Develop recruitment analytics and optimize time-to-hire metrics
• •Search for new channels to attract candidates for sales direction
• •Scale and manage high-volume candidate flows

• •**MANDATORY**: Experience closing vacancies for Tier-1 desks
• •2+ years of recruitment experience with relevant experience in call-center or sales teams
• •Understanding of sales/retention team recruitment specifics and high-pace hiring
• •Ability to manage recruitment team and build effective processes
• •Experience working with large candidate flows and rapid team scaling
• •Strong organizational and communication skills
