Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our support team in the affiliate marketing sphere. You will help maintain, develop, and optimize internal services and tools. This role is perfect for a specialist who understands both backend and frontend, quickly grasps tasks, and works comfortably with various systems.
Responsibilities
- •Support and refinement of internal services
- •Integration with various systems and APIs
- •Work with trackers (Keitaro, Binom)
- •Analysis and resolution of technical problems
- •Process optimization through automation (including AI tools)
Requirements
- •1–2 years of experience as a Full-Stack developer or Technical Specialist in affiliate marketing
- •3+ years of general programming experience
- •Confident proficiency in PHP / JavaScript / Python
- •Understanding of REST API functionality
- •Experience or understanding of trackers (Keitaro, Binom)
- •Ability to work with documentation and quickly understand new systems
- •Interest or experience in AI automation — a plus
