Technical Support Specialist
About Us
We are a large arbitrage team operating across multiple verticals and actively developing our own technical department. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Tech Support specialist to join our technical team.
Requirements
### Experience
- •1–2 years of experience in a similar Tech Support position
- •3+ years of general programming experience
### Hard Skills
- •Proficient in: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
- •Understanding of tracker principles: Keitaro, Binom, or similar solutions
- •Ability to work with technical documentation in multiple languages
- •Basic understanding of web architecture and arbitrage system logic (plus)
### Soft Skills
- •Punctuality
- •Responsibility
- •Communication skills
Responsibilities
- •Support and maintain technical infrastructure for the team
- •Configure and manage tracker systems
- •Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- •Interact with buyers, farmers, and the technical department
- •Work with documentation and implement improvements
