• •Lead TikTok advertising campaigns and media buying operations
• •Build and scale a TikTok department from scratch (for team lead position)
• •Identify and test new geos, sources, and advertising approaches
• •Manage daily ad spend of $1-2k+ with optimization focus
• •Collaborate with design and technical teams to maximize campaign performance
• •Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• •Direct broker relationships and FTD conversions management

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto/FX in Tier-1 geo
• •Deep expertise and understanding of TikTok advertising platform
• •Proven ability to manage daily ad spend of $1-2k+
• •Track record of scaling campaigns and managing budgets
• •For team lead candidates: experience managing teams or proven ability to grow as a leader
• •For senior media buyer candidates: willingness to transition into team lead role
• •Strong analytical and optimization skills
