TikTok Media Buyer / Team Lead

The team's top buyers generate a minimum of $90k monthly profit.

• •Lead and build a TikTok advertising division from scratch or scale an existing one
• •Manage daily ad spend of $1-2k+ across TikTok platforms
• •Develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier 1, 2, and 3 GEOs
• •Optimize campaigns for maximum profitability in crypto/FX verticals
• •Work with direct broker partnerships to maximize FTD (First Time Deposit) payouts
• •Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure campaign effectiveness
• •Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
• •Lead a team of media buyers and scale operations

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto or FX media buying in Tier 1 GEOs
• •Deep expertise and understanding of TikTok advertising platform
• •Proven ability to manage and scale daily spend of $1-2k+
• •Experience as a Senior TikTok Media Buyer or TikTok Team Lead
• •Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize for profitability
• •Experience working with multiple GEO tiers
• •Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
