Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our crypto-focused team. This is a hybrid position based in Kyiv with opportunities to work with diverse geographic markets and traffic sources.

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in the crypto vertical
• •Proven experience working in affiliate networks
• •English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• •Ability to work with various traffic sources
• •Strong analytical and quality control skills
• •Ability to attract and manage new partners

• •Participate in industry conferences and networking events
• •Analyze and monitor traffic quality
• •Manage weekly reporting and performance metrics
• •Buy and sell traffic in the crypto niche
• •Recruit and onboard new traffic partners
• •Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners across multiple geographies
