Affiliate Manager

CITADEL MARKETING is a rapidly growing marketing company specializing in crypto/forex traffic. We've been actively developing in this market for approximately 2 years and prioritize talent development and professional growth.

• •Manage existing partners and identify, attract new partnership opportunities
• •Conduct market analysis and monitor current industry trends (GEO, offers, traffic sources)
• •Work with various traffic payment models (CPA, CPL, CRG)
• •Scale traffic volume with current partners
• •Present company offerings and conduct negotiations with new partners
• •Maintain deal tracking spreadsheets and monitor traffic flows in CRM systems

• •Minimum 12 months of experience in crypto vertical as an affiliate or business development manager
• •Established partner base from previous work in the industry
• •Proven experience conducting complex negotiations, resolving conflicts, and closing long-term deals
• •Understanding of major traffic sources and their differences (Facebook, Google, SEO, etc.)
• •Conversational English proficiency (preferred)
• •Knowledge of GEO nuances (Tier 1 to Tier 3)
• •Market understanding including pricing structures, deal mechanics, and partner management specifics
• •CRM proficiency and traffic analytics capabilities
