We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic crypto team. If you excel at building long-term partnerships and enjoy communicating with people, this role is perfect for you.

Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing (Crypto)
•Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
•Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities
•Experience with CPA networks and advertising platforms
•Self-motivated and results-oriented approach
•Passion for cryptocurrency and affiliate marketing industry

Responsibilities

•Manage and develop relationships with affiliate partners
•Identify and recruit new high-quality partners
•Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
•Coordinate with CPA networks and ad platforms
•Prepare reports and analyze partnership metrics
•Negotiate terms and commission structures with partners

Location & Work Arrangement

Based in Kyiv with office option or fully remote flexibility.
