Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager specializing in the Gambling vertical. This is an office/remote hybrid position based in Kyiv, offering above-market rates with performance bonuses.

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in the Gambling vertical
• •Proven experience working in affiliate networks
• •English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• •Ability to work with various traffic sources
• •Strong analytical and traffic quality control skills

• •Participate in industry conferences and networking events
• •Analyze and monitor traffic quality metrics
• •Prepare weekly performance reports
• •Purchase and sell traffic in the Gambling niche
• •Recruit and onboard new traffic partners
• •Manage multiple geographic markets
