App Support & Account Farmer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist and Account Farmer to join our growing arbitrage team. You will be responsible for managing Google Play Console and Apple application accounts, ensuring smooth operations across our mobile app ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- •Farm and manage mobile application accounts (Google Play Console and similar platforms)
- •Handle account registrations and setup
- •Process payments and billing matters
- •Publish and manage applications on app stores
- •Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues related to mobile applications
- •Independently manage all aspects of mobile app accounts within our industry
Requirements
- •Proven experience in similar app support or account management roles
- •Willingness to work in-office in Kyiv, Ukraine
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Experience with Google Play Console and Apple app management
- •Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
