Business Development (Affiliate) Manager

PLASH is a media buying agency that has grown from a startup into a stable company over 3 years, with strong expertise in the Finance vertical and top partners worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development (Affiliate) Manager to build effective partnership relationships and drive growth in the Finance vertical.

• •Search for and attract new advertisers
• •Manage and develop relationships with existing partners
• •Analyze and evaluate traffic effectiveness
• •Communicate with the media buying team
• •Participate in meetups and international conferences

• •1+ year of experience in the Finance vertical
• •Experience working with advertisers in a media buying team or affiliate network
• •English language proficiency B2+ (emails, calls, conferences)

• •We work with our own traffic rather than reselling third-party traffic — full quality control
• •Automated processes: bidding, caps, invalid traffic management, operations
