Business Development (Affiliate) Manager

PLASH is a media buying agency that has grown from a startup into a stable company over 3 years with strong expertise in Finance vertical and top-tier partners worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development (Affiliate) Manager to build effective partnerships and drive growth in the Finance vertical.

• •1+ year of experience in the Finance vertical
• •Experience working with advertisers in a mediabuy team or affiliate network
• •English language proficiency B2+ (emails, calls, conferences)

• •Search for and attract new advertisers
• •Manage and develop relationships with existing partners
• •Analyze and evaluate traffic effectiveness
• •Communicate with the mediabuy team
• •Participate in meetups and international conferences

• •We work with our own traffic, not reselling third-party traffic — full quality control
• •Automated processes: buyers, caps, invalid traffic handling, operations
