Business Development Manager

Traffic Skulls is a specialized media buying agency focused on acquiring targeted traffic for the Gambling vertical. We specialize in Facebook, ASO, and UAC campaigns with precision targeting. In 2024, we launched Skulls Partners, a private affiliate network known for transparency, honest statistics, and stable partner payouts.

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and achieve record-breaking results together.

• •Find and attract new partners (advertisers, affiliate networks) and manage their onboarding
• •Negotiate and agree on individual partnership terms
• •Work with existing partner base: conduct calls, develop strategies, increase LTV
• •Closely collaborate with Media Buying and Affiliate teams to analyze traffic effectiveness
• •Handle reporting and participate in industry conferences and communities

• •1+ years of experience in a similar BDM role in the Gambling vertical
• •Strong negotiation skills and proactive approach
• •Ability to analyze data and work effectively in highly competitive environments
• •Readiness to adapt to dynamic market changes
