About the Role

We are a strong, established partner company looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can build partnerships, close deals, and identify opportunities others miss.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships: continuous communication, trust-building, and development
  • Close deals and scale existing partnerships
  • Identify new partners and growth opportunities
  • Work with CRM, analytics, reporting, and quality control
  • Mentor and develop team members (after hitting KPIs)

What We Expect From You

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, BD, or account management
  • Deep market understanding and ability to read people
  • Strong communication intelligence: building trust, conducting dialogue, persuasion skills
  • Negotiation skills and confident deal closing
  • High self-organization, structure, and proactivity
  • Bonus: leadership potential, desire to scale, and willingness to take responsibility

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: 10:00 — 18:00, office-based
  • Salary: individual, negotiated at interview stage
  • Comfortable modern office
