Chat Handler with Sales Skills
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to handle incoming messages and provide customer support on our platform. This is a night shift position ideal for those seeking flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- •Conduct conversations following scripts while adapting to context and customer needs
- •Consult clients on platform usage and assist new users with registration
- •Handle customer objections effectively, maintain client interest, and provide support during issues
- •Close deals for new deposits and process repeat customer requests
- •Provide professional written communication in English
Requirements
- •Good English language skills (translator use is acceptable)
- •Excellent written communication and grammar
- •Confidence in dialogue and understanding of customer psychology
- •Night shift availability (mandatory)
- •Bonus: Experience with financial products, trading, options, or sales in large companies
