### Requirements

• •Minimum 1 year of experience managing Telegram channels (in investment/credit/promotion verticals)
• •Analytical mindset with strong metrics and hypothesis-driven approach
• •Professional proficiency in photo and video editing software
• •High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and growth mindset
• •Portfolio of successful projects (mandatory)
