CRM Manager

APEX MEDIA is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and organizing data within our CRM system, working with spreadsheets, and driving process improvements through data analysis and reporting.

• •Maintain and organize data in CRM systems
• •Work with spreadsheets for data collection and basic analysis
• •Monitor data accuracy and information relevance
• •Analyze data and prepare reports
• •Identify errors, inconsistencies, and growth opportunities
• •Collaborate with the team to improve CRM processes
• •Propose optimization ideas for CRM workflow

• •Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
• •Able to handle large volumes of information
• •Receptive to feedback and capable of applying it constructively
• •Strong data structuring and organization skills
• •Responsible and systematic approach to work

• •Basic experience with CRM systems or spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
• •Previous experience in a similar position
• •Data analysis and report preparation skills
• •Understanding of CRM principles and workflows

• •First 2 months: Office-based in Kyiv, 10:00-17:00
• •After 2 months: Remote, 17:00-22:00
