Responsibilities
- •Launch and scale Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns across T1/T2/T3 geos
- •Optimize campaigns for maximum profitability and ROI
- •Work with internal and external buying channels to find winning creatives and offers
- •Manage large ad budgets with focus on profit maximization
- •Build and maintain proprietary traffic sources and partnerships
- •Collaborate with design and technical teams for day-to-day campaign needs
- •Analyze campaign performance and implement scaling strategies
- •Report on metrics and profitability to team leadership
Requirements
- •Middle or Senior level experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- •Proven track record in crypto or gambling verticals
- •Real case studies and working traffic sources
- •Profit-focused mindset — metrics and ROI over creative metrics
- •Ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets confidently
- •Understanding of arbitrage and affiliate marketing principles
- •Self-motivated with entrepreneurial approach to earning
