We are seeking an experienced specialist from gray niches who wants to transition to white-hat verticals and scale their expertise in a new direction. This is a Middle+ / Senior level position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment with minimal bureaucracy.

• •Develop and implement effective advertising strategies for competitive products and markets
• •Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns based on key metrics: CPA, CPC, CPM, ROI/ROAS
• •Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to launch and test new creatives and landing pages
• •Manage and optimize budgets of $30k+ per month
• •Drive continuous improvement of campaign performance

• •2+ years of experience working with Facebook in gray niches
• •Deep understanding of Meta algorithms and campaign optimization principles
• •Experience managing budgets of $30k+ monthly
• •Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
• •Ability to transition from gray to white-hat marketing approaches
