Finance Manager
About the Role
PlayTraff is seeking an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Crypto/FX operations. This is a full-time position based in our Warsaw office, working within a dynamic team focused on financial operations and strategic planning.
Requirements
- •Mandatory experience in Crypto/FX niche
- •Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in calculations and financial formulas
- •Strong understanding of payment systems, currency operations, cashless transactions, and banking details
- •Knowledge of P&L reports and Balance Sheet accounting; understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- •Ability to work with large datasets and financial models
- •Systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- •English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
Key Responsibilities
- •Full management of financial operations: disbursements, payroll, bonuses, and budget allocation
- •Deep-dive analytics of departmental costs and efficiency (buying, farming, support)
- •Identification of blind spots: overspending, miscalculations, and hidden financial expenses
- •Control and monitoring of financial flows and preparation of high-quality financial reporting
- •Forecasting, planning, and highlighting optimization opportunities
Working Conditions
- •Location: Warsaw, Poland (Office-based)
- •Working Hours: 11:00-18:00
- •Training and benefits provided by the team
- •Salary: Fixed salary in USD, negotiated individually
