Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Financial Manager to bring order to the finances of multiple teams. If you work well with numbers, P&L, cash flow, payroll, reporting, and reconciliation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- •Record advertising revenue and spending in tracking tables (Google Sheets)
- •Reconcile deposits and expenses by agents
- •Monitor revenue in Keitaro and distribution across buyers
- •Maintain P&L, cash flow, and budget tracking
- •Communicate with advertisers regarding invoices, holds, and payments
- •Calculate and process payroll and payment requests
- •Prepare reports and analytics for teams
- •Update tracking tables and ensure data accuracy
Required Experience
- •3+ years in finance or analytics
- •Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.)
- •Experience managing large data volumes
- •Proven experience in arbitrage, affiliate marketing, or gambling (mandatory)
- •Strong attention to detail and systematic thinking
