Head of Farm

DMND is seeking an experienced Head of Farm to build and scale a farm department focused on crypto direction. This is a key role with direct impact on purchasing stability and Google traffic scaling.

• •Build and develop Google Farm Department from scratch
• •Manage a team of 20+ farmers
• •Train, onboard, and ensure quality control of team work
• •Search and test new farming approaches and methodologies
• •Provide stable pool of accounts for buying team requests
• •Optimize processes and scale operations
• •Collaborate with Google buying team

• •3+ years of experience farming Google accounts
• •1+ year experience as Team Lead / Head of Farm
• •Experience managing farm teams of 20+ employees
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
• •Proven experience working with large volumes of accounts
• •Own verified approaches and methodologies
• •Real case studies of solving systemic farm issues
• •Experience building effective farm departments

A strategic leader with hands-on experience in Google account farming who can build systems, manage teams, and scale operations while maintaining quality and compliance.
