Head of Link Building

SEO company with 70+ employees specializing in iGaming sector. We are seeking a Head of Link Building to establish a sustainable, scalable, and transparent link-building strategy across our project portfolio.

• •Develop and implement unified link-building strategy across all projects
• •Conduct comprehensive audit of current link-building processes
• •Build and manage in-house link-building team (link builders, outreach specialists)
• •Integrate multiple link sources: outreach campaigns, PBN networks, permanent links, and other channels
• •Implement analytics infrastructure for link profile monitoring and spam detection
• •Establish KPIs and quality control systems
• •Lead strategic planning and influence overall SEO strategy of the company

• •3+ years of professional experience in link building
• •Deep understanding of SEO principles and Google algorithms
• •Proven experience working with both RU and EN websites, understanding regional differences
• •Ability to build processes from scratch with clear KPIs and quality control measures
• •Leadership skills and analytical mindset
